We went out and met up with the pirate and his mom to watch the fireworks. This is an annual tradition for our families. We don't go to where the BIG crowds are but instead park in a parking lot close to the festivities. The fireworks were bigger and better this year! We had lots of fun watching them! The princess said "ooo" and "ahhh" to them. We sat in the back of the van and had snacks and blew bubbles. The weather was nice - not hot or humid. And the bugs were not out either :) A fun night!
(THANK YOU to the pirate's mom for taking the pictures - I forgot my camera AGAIN! I think I need a new little one that I can leave in my bag!!)
